We wanted a retro fridge freezer but didn't want to pay Smeg prices. John at Williams couldn't do enough for us, he sourced and found the perfect one, even one with a left hand hinge. Ordered and in place in less than a week. I would definitely recommend Williams.

I just want to say how very grateful I am for the outstanding service that I have received from Williams of Woodseats. I have struggled for several months to get a new fridge for my built in kitchen and was recommended to try your company by a very kind lady on the check-out at Sainsbury's. From my first contact when visiting your shop, and talking to John, to the excellent tradesman who called to measure up and later to fit the new refrigerator with his assistant, I have nothing but praise. It was not an easy job to find a fridge that would fit the space and to fit it, but Williams succeeded where others did not even want to know. In the future, if I need any electrical equipment, Williams will be the first place that I shall visit. I have already recommended your company to several people where I live and to friends. Thank you, once again.

He is always very friendly, goes well out of his way to help and sort things out for you, and is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to Williams. I do not know if you have any sort of staff reward scheme, but John certainly deserves recognition as a very valuable and popular member of staff to you.
